She has a passion for writing, which she gets to explore primarily at work, as well as an interest in taxidermy, which she keeps mostly to the confines of her home.

She’s excited to connect with little learners, build their confidence, and support them in reaching their goals, all while making the process fun and engaging.

Joelle
BI
Meet Joelle, she has a background as preschool teacher with over 10 years of experience, whose warm, patient nature creates a nurturing and trusting environment for young learners. She finds nothing more rewarding than witnessing children's confidence bloom as they master new skills— whether it's putting on a shoe, making letters, or discovering a new favorite story.
Joelle's teaching philosophy centers on gentle guidance, connection, and play-based discovery-values echoed by educators who believe children learn best when they feel seen, supported, and free to explore.
Beyond the classroom, she's a lifelong learner with a quirky affection for random history facts, and a fan of mystery novels because who says teaching and sleuthing stories don't go hand in hand?
When she's off the clock, Joelle is out building memories—whether that's pushing swings with her kids at the playground, spending hours at the beach, savoring a cozy coffee catch-up with friends, or sharing quiet moments with her husband with a walk by the river. She also enjoys getting cuddles from her very playful cat named Moose.
